Very buggy and problematic at every update

    New problem after updating from 1.9.5 -> 2.0.0 (WC 7.1.0):
    default option to use automatically as default billing data from shipping address is not working.
    Customer MUST now select and specify a different billing address, doesn’t matter if WC is configured to “Use customer’s shipping address as default”.
    Worked fine with 1.9.5.
    The pop-up after you click the Pay with Paypal button reporting:
    Billing First Name is a required field.
    Billing Last Name is a required field.
    Billing phone is a required field.
    …
    is also badly formatted and has no close button.
