  • So the Spotify Master is really just a slightly easier way to use the Spotify embed feature. An equally easy way is to do it here:

    Oh, even better? I tried to get a refund the day of purchase, but they won’t reply to my support requests or tickets or emails. It’s been 20+ weeks, and no reply. I’ve done several tickets and they’re just ignoring me. Terrible. Terrible. Don’t get it.

  • Same problem, just now I wrote a negative review, the only way to express my frustration.

    I had submitted 30+ support tickets on their site. Nothing. I see in other forum questions that the developer just attacks people and insults people, so it really is no surprise.

    ok, it’s better I search for another solution. Very bad! Another thing what make me to anger is the fact that i paid real money… for the plugin AND for a “Premium support within hours”!! 8-(((

    Yeah, I tried looking for ways to legally pursue reimbursement, but I haven’t found a way yet.

    I think it’s wasted time. It’s better to look for another, more professional solution and to warn other users to not buying this plugin
