  • Very bad support. I have purchased licenses and although they say they have priority of support, since April 24 that I made a direct consultation in the official support of the web I have not had answers and I am seeing that from here it responds to free users :-(? It is very strange but maybe I have to draw conclusions about my purchases.

    Please provide ticket number.
    We provided an answer to all the tickets that we received.
    In the case your can’t see any letter from us, please check the spam folder. Anyway the best variant to see answers from us is to look though your Zendesk ticket.

    The first time I asked the question on the website support was April with ticket number 33319. Later I made more requests about this ticket and the answer was that they were merged.
    When I bought the licenses I said that our support would be preferred and I see that many more free tickets have been answered than mine. That’s the problem.

    Hello, I have a problem with the window size. of the markers and I think I’m doing well.
     
    1º- I create the map
    2º- I create a marker, I give it a name and it is clear that the window does not adapt to the text.
    3º- In the sale size configuration I have the option “AUTO”.

    This is not a bug. This is how the plugin code works and configured. If this behavior does not suit you, you can specify the size yourself.
    Popup Window must be in its original size. They are set like you showed.
    If you want to change them, specify the size in pixels or add a description and popup window.

    We additionally studied this feature.
    This behavior only occurs in the Bing engine.
    In others, there is no such problem.
    We will check whether it is possible to fix this on our part or if the revision of the Bing Maps API is required.
