The concept is good but the quality of the plugin is poor. It is super heavy (very crap) and poorly programmed. If we have events with more than 2000 participants the page takes 10 seconds to load because of querys. Correct this for a better note

Hey @n3to14, thanks for reaching out! While 1-star reviews are something we’d like to avoid, your feedback is great and definitely taken to heart over here.

I do take exception with the argument that the quality and programming of the plugin is poor, I totally understand the lag that comes with heavy queries. We’ve been tackling the very issue you raise here with longer loads when there are a lot of attendees. In fact, if you hang tight with us, our very next release makes big strides in that direction. We’ve adjusted the way attendees are filtered on the front and back end by cleaning up some of the default view options in the admin, tiding up our queries, and introducing a number of new filters that make those queries more efficient (not to mention flexible for developers customizing the plugin).

We’ll be posting those release notes later today and I hope the updates go a long way to dropping those long load times you mentioned.

Cheers and thanks again for getting in touch!

    Geoff
