I really hate the “deactivation feedback”! It’s like adding a confirmation when you want to use your car’s break, in order to avoid an accident!

    Hi,

I’m sorry you have such bad feelings from a simple dialog.
the dialog is just a way to make me better understand improve users needs.

You didn’t ask for support and your comment doesn’t really help me understand too.

I recommend for other plugins developers you need to be more gentle when you review. behind each plugin, there is a person that works very hard to maintain it.

    Have a great day.

Hey not cool Alex Spataru (@alexandrubr), your 1 star is clearly not justified for a FREE plugin. You should remove it immediately.

@alextechnomad Do not report reviews when you disagree with them. This is the user’s opinion and you do not have to agree with it. I’ve also archived your comment as that’s a little too snarky. The comment is still there but only moderators can read it now.

@kiwisenz See above. All plugins here are 100% free so… no 1 star reviews? That’s not realistic. This is the reviewer’s opinion. That’s all.

As a WordPress site administrator/developer who has tried many e-mailer plugins which were frustrating to use… POST SMTP mailer was by far the easiest to implement and WORKS. As of today 149 five-star reviews. And only 1 one-star review. A ‘Deactivation Feedback’ dialog is a sign of an involved and committed developer who actually CARES about delivering a quality, working product. To the developer: Ignore the one-star review. You’ve made the BEST emailer plugin for WordPress, as you can see by the five-star reviews.
