Vertical video on webpage

I have some vertical videos I vant to put on my webpage made in wordpress.

I have som introduction videos off the members off the headoffice, Wich i would like to have under the contact us tab, but how can I do that? The videoes are made in premiere pro CC.

Is there at plugin or something, I don´t know about coding so it would be great if you could explain it for dummies 🙂

I have uploadet the videos onto my gallery in wordpress, but when I want to put them on the contact us page, they show up horisontal, with black edges, wich I don´t want.
