Support » Theme: Twenty Twelve » vertical space between posts in front page

  • Hi,
    Does anyone know how I can change the space between posts in the front page? Just to make sure, I am talking about the spaces above and below the horizontal line that separates posts in the front page. I am using a Twenty Twelve based child theme. Any help on that matter will be greatly appreciated.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • I got. I played with the following part of the style.css file
    .site-content article {
    border-bottom: 4px double #ededed;
    margin-bottom: 36px!important;
    margin-bottom: 5.142857143rem;
    padding-bottom: 0px!important;
    padding-bottom: 1.714285714rem;
    word-wrap: break-word;
    -webkit-hyphens: auto;
    -moz-hyphens: auto;
    hyphens: auto;
    I changed the margin-bottom and padding-bottom values. The respective default values are 72px and 24px. I am not sure why I need the “!important”. Anyway, it is done and that is what matters. Final comment: that also affects the positioning of the double line at the end of each post page.
