Version 4.0.3 Not Disabling Double Opt-in

    I’m having trouble with Version 4.0.3 of the plugin — it’s not turning off double opt-in, nor is the form redirecting to the “thank you” page that I’ve entered. I’m running 3.1.12 on another one of my sites and the double opt-in is effectively disabled and the redirect is working. But on the new version, I cannot get it to work. Both sites are identical in terms of their theme and plug-in composition.

    Any thoughts?

    Are both sites also connected to the same MailChimp account?

    Can you please send us the URL where we can test the form and a screenshot of your form settings where it shows double opt-in is turned off?

    If you are having the same problem I have the same questions for you. However if your problem is not EXACTLY the same you will be better off starting your own thread.
