Hey maxolino,
I’m sorry but I don’t understand the issue. Could you please elaborate?
Kind Regards,
Barry Kooij
Yeah sorry.
When you choose the content visibility: “Public”, “Password protected” and “Private” (I have it in italian so I’m not sure if they are named correctly), if you choose “private” it doesn’t work anymore.
It seems the file you choose is not saved.
The file list show it as empty, but if you change the visibility to public, the file appear again.
I hope I was clear now 🙂
Hello,
Can you please let us know what you mean by file list? Is there a page on your website where you are using our shortcode to display all downloads? If yes, can you please let us know the shortcode you have used?
I did a screenshot.
If you set it as private you get “The download doesn’t exist”.
If chenge it to “public” it works again.
Hello,
In version 4.0, I would recommend using the “Members Only” option in the download edit screen instead of setting the downloads as “Private”. This will make the downloads available only to logged in users and you won’t see any errors.
