    Dear,

    I’m busy with my bi-yearly WooCommerce site and all plugins upgrade and get in trouble with Cus Review last current version (4.46)
    Everything is running fine until version 4.38 (with Wp, Wc and all other plugins up to dated to last versions
    Since updated to 4.46 some advices existing in DB are not loaded through Product page template (theme builder) and not visible to visitors.
    After roll back to 4.38 , everything comes back to normal behaviour.
    So Im pretty sure is there is something wrong with version 4.46.

    I’m currently working with free version with goal to migrate to pro paid version if our project is officially launched (currently still in business assessment process).

    Dear,

    Some additional infos according to today troubleshooting

    0 : I used short code [cusrev_reviews] on single product template page built with Elementor Pro

    1 : Tried today your last version 5.0.0. in staging environment. No changes.

    2 : Our platform design is fully compliant with recommended settings as described in this post

    3: I have nor error in diganostic tool (Except with Zoom WC) but this was already the case with version previous working 4.38 and 4.40. versions. So cannot be incriminated.

    4 : I tested all versions between 4.38 and last 5.0.0
    Last working as expected is 4.40
    So I concludes problem occured with some change within version 4.41 maybe related with polylang compatibility according to change log.

    5. I do not use Polylang but WPML Multilingual CMS 4.4.10 and WPML String Translation 3.1.8. So to be sure I deactivated both WPML related plugs and this fix my issue !

    So I’m pretty sure your polylang compatibility updated version 4.41 should be the default

    PS 1 : I tried with default “Twenty Nineteen” in place of my theme “The 7 Child” ; No change
    PS 2 : Not possible to work with no translation plugins

    I confirm I should be interested with pro paid version (So you get money for your support) but first at all I need to be able to migrate to your last version with no errors.

    I confirm issue is related to release introducing Polylang support (4.41).
    In my case I do not use polylang but WPML. Anyway problem is due to translation settings.
    To check/fix this do not forget to make WooCommerce catalog products translatable.
    This fix issue;
