Version 4.2.5 – You have the latest version of WordPress

    Hi Guys,

    I currently have version 4.2.5 installed. However the system is saying that this is the latest version available. Obviously this is incorrect.

    How do I go about getting the system to recognize that this is wrong? and to update the system?

    In your wp-admin, go to the updates page and click the re-install now button. This should reinstall your current version of WP and fix the issue so you can update to the latest version, 4.6.1.

    Hello,

    I’m having the same issue–the version I currently have is 4.3.1, obviously incorrect.

    @binarywc when I click “re-install now”, I get a grey screen.

    Any ideas?

    You may need to do a manual reinstall.
