“This iisn’t my Plugin…” Which one exactly. There are several on the page and this is not a Plugin

This is not my Plugin and I cannot offer support for other plugins.
Default adminer.php that I have refered to, is the original adminer. That I use to integrate it with WordPress in this Plugin! I am not the developer of default adminer. I am the developer that do the integration with adminer. If the problem caused from default adminer, I cannot help. This is why I suggested to you to try to use default adminer in order to find out if the problem is from adminer or from my Plugin!

Encountered same issue as artblackman. Debug log does not show anything. Only critical WordPress error. Below is the error
