  • Perhaps to help fix your problem, I can shed some light on how to solve it.

You have to go to Elementor > Settings > Features and disable element caching, it is enabled by default.

After this, everything works as it should.

yesterday indeed elementor issued a new feature whose name if I’m not mistaken is element caching and it’s still in the beta stage, and that’s also what might create problems in this Elementor 3.26.0 update.

Thank you for the response, but it didn’t work on this site.

    Dear Elementor Support,

I have the same issue with the Phlox pro theme on the site https:www.valeamed.de. Disabling element caching did not resolve the issue. I also downgraded the plugin and now the site works again.

The error on the technical e-mail I got from WordPress says: Ein Fehler vom Typ E_ERROR wurde in der Zeile 378 der Datei /home/swisspr4/public_html/valeamed.de/wp-content/plugins/auxin-elements/includes/elementor/widgets/theme-elements/menu.php verursacht. Fehlermeldung: Uncaught Error: Class “Elementor\Core\Schemes\Typography” not found in /home/swisspr4/public_html/valeamed.de/wp-content/plugins/auxin-elements/includes/elementor/widgets/theme-elements/menu.php:378.

This may help you to find the error.

I very much appreciate your help.

    Best regards

    Beatrice

    Hi again,

I just found a solution. The Phlox Core Elements Plugin has caused the issue. They provided already a fix for the compatibility with Elementor 3.26.0 . [How to upgrade? https://docs.phlox.pro/article/257-fix-installation%5D.

    Best regards

@beatrice glad it worked for you for the phlox theme. I am still waiting for my other theme OceanWP.

Pholx theme I am using is Free version and still it didn’t work

Does the Phlox Core Elements Plugin not come with the Phlox Theme free version?

    (@gsmobina)

@beatricekunzi There is Pholx Core Elements and the theme core files are up to date. But the elementor latest version doesn’t work. So I have kept the previous version for now waiting until I get a resolution.

Yes, but you need to deactivate, delete the Phlox Core Elements Plugin and install it from the button, as in the description. https://docs.phlox.pro/article/257-fix-installation%5D, otherwise it does not work. After the new installation you can update Elementor to the new version. This is what I have done and it worked.

@beatricekunzi thank you that worked for pholx. Though almost lost my work on a site that had the child theme of phlox. able to to correct it by activating the main one and then reactivating the child theme back.

now waiting for the other themes or even elementor support for an answer how to go forward with other themes

    Hi, @gsmobina.

We’re sorry to hear of the issues you’re encountering after the update, and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We are aware of conflicts with some plugins after the update, and these are being investigated to determine if the issue is related to Elementor, or the 3rd party pluginswhich need to release an update on their end to stay compatible with the latest Elementor update and dev deprecations.

As some of these plugins have already issued fixes, please keep an eye out for plugin updates and update accordingly. In the meantime, try the steps in the following guide to see if they help:

    https://elementor.com/help/site-update-troubleshooting/

    Kind Regards.
