There’s a var_dump($inlineStyle); on line 179 of the file /public/class-to-top-public.php in version 3.0. That’s probably the issue.
I can see there’s a support query about this problem on Catch’s support forum, still awaiting moderation.

I just commented out that PHP line. Why is it there? Left in from debugging?
Can’t see that commenting it out has hurt anything.
It’s actually pulling through the content of a notes plugin from the admin dashboard of several of my sites – not very secure!
Are you sure the plugin is doing that? I thought that line of PHP was just dumping some raw CSS (the bit you configure in admin), in the variable $inlineStyle out to the page ?
I suppose you could confirm it by disabling the plugin and then taking another look. Or maybe there’s a plugin conflict.
I see that my comment has been deleted. The best solution for now is to revert the plugin to the previous version, 2.5.5.
I don’t know what your comment said, but the latest version (3.0) seems to be working fine for me with just that one line of PHP commented-out.
Why they don’t just fix that I don’t know, unless there are more problems I don’t know of.
3.1 is out with removal of the offending var_dump code hurrah!
They just took the line out 🙂
