 * When I installed and activated v3.0.14 over the previous version (sorry don’t
   know which but I only downloaded it this morning) not only did it delete the 
   form that I had been working on all day, the new version doesn’t work at all,
   it won’t let me recreate the work I have lost.
 * Very disgruntled user
