Version 2.7.4 Subscription Widget lost widget class

Found the following changes on the recent update’s widget structure which breaks in most themes:

1. Dropped wrapping div
2. Dropped “widget” class
3. Dropped h3 tag for widget title
4. Dropped “widget-title” class

Are these updates going to stay?
