 * I installed version 2.1.0 including the 3 plugins.
 * After installing I was very suprised that the complete sidebar is gone !
 * And the plugin for the page numbering looks as a chaos.

   Your widgets should still be available in the “Inactive Widgets” section, however.
 * As for the pagination, are you using the WP-Pagenavi plugin or native? Can you
   post a link to what you have? It should look like this:
