Version 2.0.40 giving up 500 error on homepage

Hi, for some reason the plugin is giving me a 500 internal error on the homepage: http://www.coberturabrasil.com and NOT on the regular pages: http://coberturabrasil.com/sobre/

I didn’t updated or anything, I just uploaded some pictures yesterday. I disabled all the plugins and when I try to enable Nextgen Gallery it gives me that error.

Anybody know what’s up?
