  • I can confirm this as well. All my WP installs throw up a server 500 error when loading after I did the update..

Também estou com o mesmo problema após a atualização…

It took my whole site down. My hosting company had to deactivate the Page Links To plugin to get my site back up and going. It is an important part of my site and I’m not sure what to do. When I tried to delete and Install latest version, WP showed an error and would not Install this plugin.

Just go back to the old version:

until we get some official support. If I’ll have some spare time I will try to debug this.

Thank you very much!! Is there any way to block any upcoming updates until they are tested so it won’t happen again?

Looking at the code on lines 103 and 113, the latest update would require at least PHP 5.4. If you’re able to update to 5.4 it should work for you.

Thanks for the report. I accidentally included some code that requires PHP 5.4, breaking the plugin for anyone who is running older versions. Version 2.11.1 should fix this issue.

P.S. This was definitely my oversight, but anyone affected by this should talk to their host about getting PHP updated — these old versions are insecure and slow!

@markjaquith thank you for the quick fix. There are still some LTS distribution running PHP 5.3, I’m on CentOS 6 (binary compatible with Redhat Entreprise 6), end of official support is in 2020…
