In Version 1.17.6 you say you fixed the instant scheduled posts notifications, but then in version Version 1.17.7 that problem has come right back! Please fix…

On top of this, for some reason half of the OneSignal notifications are not showing the featured image in Google Chrome on desktop?… Too many untested updates being released recently. Thank you.

    Hi everyone,
Our sincere apologies for this. We tried to get out a fix for the previous version which had a different bug and the fix worked for some folks and created new issues for others. We would really appreciate some folks testing the upcoming release in order to avoid the same situation. Thank you, everyone, for your patience and cooperation.

Thank you so so much. I really appreciate this plugin & service. šŸ™‚

Hello, thank you for the 1.17.8 patch.

I have tested it and it seems to work: the planned items fall into the “scheduled” tab on OneSignal. Perfect! šŸ™‚

I still have a question: if the publication date is changed on WordPress, is it changed on OneSignal?

    Best regards

Version 1.17.8 does send a notification, however it also unchecks the square/setting immediately when a text is saved. Version 1.17.5 does not and works as it should.

I am using WordPress plugin version 1.17.7,

When I make a scheduled post and click post, the notification sent immediately. not follow the scheduled time.

There is a bug in later versions. Go back to 1.17.5 and everything should work fine.

@onesignal 1.17.9 works as intended. The notification is sent out as it should on correct time and all. Just wondering what happens if I change the time for publication for an article? Does it change the schedule also?

I can see a bit of a problem here since the checkbox gets unchecked when the text is saved. I can not see if a text is set for a notification.

Anyways 1.17.9 does send notifications on the time set.

I will wait to update to 1.17.9 until I know for sure it is working. I rolled back to 1.17.5 on my sites for the past 2 days and it has been working flawlessly.

    Howdy everybody,
Thanks for the feedback. The upcoming version is 1.17.8 (just wanting to clarify the correct version number). To answer a couple of questions,
    – if you change the scheduled post time, the previously scheduled notification should get canceled in the dashboard. Note that you will need to wait at least 1 minute after first scheduling to successfully reschedule (we will try to fix this in a future version).
    – nothing regarding the checkbox was changed in this version. Are other folks seeing the issue reported by @norhwiz ?

    This is what happens:

    Screen Recording

Sure, I can check if a test is saved with a notification when published, but in previous version I could see that if the box was checked.

The latest version of the plugin has another problem with scheduled posts. The Push, except for me, is correctly sent, but using the URL with the Post number (/?p=xxxxxxx), not the post slug. It causes problems tracking, indexing and when we use additional parameters in the URL that repeat the sign “?” to add Google Analytics tags or any other code.
