    Logo após atualizar o Jetpack by WordPress.com para a versão 6.3.3, o meu site com WordPress 4.9.8 só exibe uma tela branca, impossibilitando o acesso ao site e ao painel de controle. O problema só é resolvido quando renomeio a pasta jetpack em wp-content/plugins e retorna quando restabeleço o nome original da pasta e tento reativar o plugin no painel de controle do WordPress.

    I can see a connection error in our system when testing your site. There’s a few things I’d like to try. 

    First, can you disconnect Jetpack, then temporarily deactivate your other plugins, and try to connect again? 
    You can disconnect by clicking on the Jetpack link in your site’s Dashboard, then scroll down to find the Connections area. Click the “Manage site connection” link where your site is listed. Then, click the red Disconnect button.

    Then once the other plugins are disabled, reconnect clicking the blue button that says “Connect Jetpack”. 

    If that won’t work, you can test the following:

    – Deactivate temporarily all your plugins and check if the problem gets fixes that way. If it works, then reactivate each plugin one-by-one to find out which one is causing problems.

    – Check for any security product or firewall enabled that may block the communication. If when they’re disable Jetpack gets connected, we have pinpointed the source of the issue.

    – Update your PHP version. Your hosting provider should be able to do that for you. We also have a guide to follow here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-update-your-php-version/

    – Try is to increase the memory available to WordPress: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/

    If all of them don’t work, can you check your error logs to see what exactly is going wrong? Your host can help you find them if you need help.
