 * Could you please log in to your site via wp-admin and disable/delete the existing
   Jetpack plugin files?
 * Once you have done so please install Jetpack again from Plugins -> Add New.
 * Let me know if you still have this problem and I’ll be happy to take a closer
   look. Also, let me know what site you’re having this problem. Once I have that
   information, I’ll be better able to help.

 * Could you try to upload and enable this plugin via Plugins > Add New > Upload
   in your dashboard, flush your site’s cache, and then give Jetpack another try?
