    I would like to know if the plug in can contain a “Allowed List” or “Subsriber List” to ensure only valid customers can submit a ticket.

    For example, I want to be able to allow only clients who pay for support can submit a list. In order to do this, can I create a list of “Allowed” customers who have to enter their account reference numbber (could be their email or Domain name) Mandatory field within the Ticket Submission. If this list does not match the “Allowed List”, then I want the ticket to be rejected.

    Is this possibe?
