I talk with gamipress support and they told me this:
“It is possible that this plugin is adding some section that causes that space to be displayed. The GamiPress option works directly with BuddyBoss so it is possible that this add-on is adding functionality that creates the conflict. I would recommend contacting BP Verified Member support.”

Sorry, the access is now working again.
Thank you. Please be aware that we’re currently working on your test website. Is it possible to not restore a backup at the moment? This way, we can investigate freely without having to deactivate all plugins again.

Thank you for your patience.
We did many tests and it seems it’s the “7×24” in its name that’s the problem.
In fact in Verified Member I do a sort of “search & replace” to inject the badge in certain places (it’s the only way to put the badge in certain cases, including the activity flow), and I think this “7×24” short-circuits this injection function. I’m not sure why, and the problem even arises with other digits, it seems that as soon as there are two digits with an “x” in the middle, there’s a bug.
So you can remove the 7×24, or put spaces like we did on the test site (7 x 24). We’ll look into fixing that when we work on the next version.

Yes I try in the principal site, and solve with the spaces in the x.
