Hi, I can’t get the verificacion mail, I tried with 4 different mails (gmail and business mails), looked for it in spam/social/news folders.. but there is no sign of the confirmation mails, do you know another way to confirm the account?

We checked the site and could see that one of the accounts is verified. Please try login in with the tecnico email.

I can’t login, and I try sending again the mail but I receive nothing u-_-

Hi @elliemiguel,

Let’s try resetting the scanner connection then. In order to do so, please add the below code snippet here to your active theme’s functions.php

Once added, please run the below URL once after replacing it with your site URL.
yoursite/wp-admin/?wt-reset-token

Then try connecting the scanner again with the tecnico email address.

I had to public the site so I looked for another plugin.
