    I open the page with the activation link but I don’t finish the operation for browser problem.
    Now if I click at the same link I read:
    “Verification link not valid. Maybe you already confirmed it previously?”
    End then I cannot activate the plug-in.
    How I can solve this issue?

    Thank you for your question. There is no confirmation required, so it sounds there is a different issue. What do you mean when you say you cannot activate the plugin? Do you get an error message?

    Hi @dalla27

    As Nick said, we don’t have any verification required in the plugin.
    The only thing I can assume was in your case is opt-in module.

    But if you can’t enable our plugin you shouldn’t be able to enable opt-in as well.
    Please clarify what’s the issue exactly, so we can help you.

    The issue is not solved.
    I pay to have premium plugin but if I click on “Please confirm your email address below to not miss out on important updates (no spam)” I have one page with “Verification link not valid. Maybe you already confirmed it previously?”.
    I don’t replay because I was very busy.

    How I can have new activation mail?

    Alright, thank you for the clarification.

    Please remove the e-mail and domain name from your post (you can edit that).
    As far as I know it’s not allowed to post these things here.

    I’ll contact Sellcodes if it’s possible to resend the activation mail from our side, if it’s not we will confirm the e-mail manually.
