Verification failed for http://www.gallopingahead.com.au/ using the Meta tag met

Hi There, i have added this plugin to my site http://www.gallopingahead.com.au/ and put the code only in the google webmaster section- however when i hit vertfy this message comes up- Verification failed for http://www.gallopingahead.com.au/ using the Meta tag method (less than a minute ago). The connection to your server timed out

I have doubled check the code and the domain name is correct and its still not working.? Any help would be great.
