Verification Email not going sometimes

    Hi,

    Some users are receiving the verification email but some are not. There is no other factor involved as there is only one user type.

    Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

    How is your site handling email confirmation/verification? This isn’t a default feature of Paid Memberships Pro (WordPress.org).

    Are you using an Add On to achieve this functionality?

    Thank you for clearing the confusion. Since it is not a part of pmpro, I use sendinblue email provider. It did help. Thank you

    I talked to sendinblue and they said there is no integration with pmpro. Can you suggest a email sender for pmpro. The emails going now are too generic, simple text. It’ll be a big help.

    You may connect with SendWP to improve email deliverability. To signup, you may navigate to Email settings inside Paid Memberships Pro and connect to sendWP.

    To adjust the emails, you may navigate to the Email Templates settings inside Paid Memberships Pro to style these more.
