 * “can’t verify my personal information”

 * There could be a few different issues that could cause the error “can’t verify
   my personal information” when trying to checkout in a WooCommerce store. Here
   are a few things you can try:
    1. Make sure the customer’s personal information is entered correctly. This includes
       their name, address, and other contact information.
    2. Check to see if there are any plugin conflicts that could be causing the issue.
       Deactivate any non-essential plugins to see if that resolves the problem.
    3. Check your WooCommerce settings to make sure the correct payment gateways are
       enabled. If a customer is trying to use a payment method that is not enabled
       on your site, they may see this error.
    4. Check your server logs for any errors that might be related to the checkout 
       process. This can help you identify any issues with your server or database 
       that could be causing the problem.
    5. Make sure your SSL certificate is valid and properly configured. An SSL certificate
       is necessary for secure checkout, and if it is not set up correctly, customers
       may see this error.

   > Status > Logs`.
