verifiable comment email address without registering

I would like to require a legitimate email address on a comment form. The email would be held for a period of time for the sender to respond to an email sent to the email on the comment. If the response is not received the comment is flagged as spam and deleted automatically and an email sent to the sender informing him/her of the action. No registration required, only a legitimate email.
