That’s why you had plenty of time to test the beta versions and release candidates. If you want support it would help if you’d be a bit more specific.
Try 3.0.1 and make sure all your plugins and theme are up to date and WC3.0 compatible.

I deactivated this woocommerce version and re downloaded the old one. Then activated that one again. Fixed a lot of my problems. I am leaving the update for what it is now for a while. Hope this will work for you aswell.

Might be worth setting up a testing environment that’s running a clone of that site; You’ll then be able to update that site without affecting the live users.
Also note that the issue might not be coming from WooCommerce at all as it could be related to an incompatible 3rd party plugin. Have you reached out to Eventon as well?
