 * Since posting my original cry for help I’ve registered an API key but no change

 * We are using 3010 theme at [http://www.mythemedetector.com/thirtyten-wp-theme-116941](http://www.mythemedetector.com/thirtyten-wp-theme-116941)
 * We have tested switching to Twenty sixteen and everything worked well so there
   is a conflict.
 * The Google Map of the event is just a grey square box and the URL of the website
   disappeared behind the grey square.
 * I’m no expert but I’d guess it has something to do with CSS.
 * I’ll appreciate any help or guidance.
