Hi @samcaio
Vendors should be receiving those emails. If they aren’t it could either be something in your config, your server or we managed to break something in our last release.
Can you install WP Mail log plugin and see if the emails are being triggered in the log. If they aren’t being triggered, then it might be on our end. If it is being triggered then it’ll be either your WP install or server config.
cheers,
Jamie.
Hi Jamie,
yes it is very important for vendors to receive the Emails automatically.
I couldn’t find anything in the config that stops triggering WC Vendors Emails. Other Woocommerce Emails are working. I have tested also on different Ends.
Email trigger works but there is no recipient set for the Emails which are supposed to be sent to vendors.

Hi @samcaio
There should be nothing listed on the recipients under mail settings. This is because those emails the recipients are automatically extracted from the order. As every order is different, we cannot set the recipients manually.
Did you install the mail logging tool to see if the emails are being triggered?
cheers,
Jamie.
Hi Jamie,
I disabled the object caching and reinstalled the WC Vendors and now it is working with Emails.
Thank You
