  • Hi @artisanmarketplace, sorry to hear that you have faced this issue.

    Not to worry, first we have to locate what is causing this issue. As you have already created a new WordPress installation, then please keep only WooCommerce and WC Marketplace active.

    After that, if you still face this issue, then check the console of the browser (for reference check this scrrenshot – https://prnt.sc/orxcry)and see what errors you are getting there.

    Can you share the error response with us, so we can help you out accordingly?

    Hi there. I removed WCFM Marketplace and reinstalled WC Marketplace, and then I tried to upload a photo, and I checked the console. I clicked on async-upload.php (highlighting it, as in the link you provided), and all it said in the area to its right was “Failed to load response data”.

    It logged me out as usual, and then I couldn’t get to the dashboard at all. I could log in, but when I clicked on the vendor dashboard link, it logged me out. It’s done that before, but not usually. I closed the browser, and when I logged back in, I could access the vendor dashboard again.

    My last sentence should’ve been, after logging back in, I could access the vendor dashboard again, but still couldn’t upload photos.

    It appears I might have solved the issue. If it’s fine in 48 hours, I’ll mark this as resolved.
