Vendor Store doesn’t show

    Hi,
    Thank you for your plugin and the time you passed on.
    After 2 days looking for a solution from many same topics, no one of the solutions works for me.
    I am running a Buddypress website in which i am trying to use your plugin.
    My problem is the vendor owner store doesn’t want to show. Only all products page appear through the new post template.
    I have a problem with vendor list page too. No avatar or nothing else appears on te page.
    Could you help please?

    Hello,

    Do you have your vendors URL set in WC Vendors > Settings > Display? Do you have the sold by links configured? These are required.

    Do you have any other plugins that might affect the WooCommerce product loop?

    Hi,

    I have followed all the instructions but no success.

    Do the vendors URL has to be the same as the Woocommerce>>Settings>>Products>>Store Page?

    I have disabled all plugins and no success.

    Furthermore there is no Add to cart button on the Products page:

    It appears like a blog post directory.

    Do you think you can help?

    Hello,

    We do not control the add to cart buttons or any of the WooCommerce functionality.

    Have you tried with a known working theme? We suggest you use Storefront to test and see if you’re theme is causing the issues. This is almost always the case.
