    Please help, I have installed the WC Vendors plugin. I added the shortcode
    [wcv_shop_settings] to the store settings page but noting is displayed when I go to thats page.

    How do I fix this?

    I created a new page using the same shortocde and nothing is displayed ,just a empty page.

    If a shortcode is not displaying on the frontend it could be one of several issues

    1. The shortcode in the editor isn’t being saved correctly.
    2. Your theme is causing an issue with the output.

    You can re-run the setup wizard by going to WC Vendors > Settings. Then clicking on the help tab in the top right and then selecting Setup wizard from the list, then click on re-run setup wizard.

    I ran the set up wizard again . but the problem still exist.
    I have checked the shortcode.

    The error message says
    “There has been a critical error on this website.”

    I only see that message when I click the store settings tab

    Apologies, it appears that I missed the notification for your reply somehow. If you are getting a critical error, please check WooCommerce > Status > logs for the fatal-error log it will give you an error message. This page would only give this kind of message due to a plugin conflict or a theme that is out of date.
