If the posts are stored and accessible by WordPress’ WP_Query then yes this is possible using just the shortcode. It might take a bit of work to achieve a view similar to the layout you have now.
If you still have an active support entitlement to the OpenDoor theme that you purchased then I suggest contacting them to find out whether the Car listings are compatible with this plugin. The OpenDoor author is welcome to contact me to discuss how the A-Z Listing plugin works and so that they and I can work together to try to get you rocking :-).
Unfortunately as the theme is paid I don’t have access to test things out in combination.
