 * How do I set proper character encoding for vcards? I need it to be encoded for
   Croatian – ISO-8859-2 or Windows-1250. I’ve tried changing every instance of
   utf-8 in class.vcard.php but nothing. I’ve also tried setting the version to
   2.1 instead of 3.0, as suggested on some sites but nothing.
 * Any idea?
