 * HI ! I am using Tortuga wordpress theme for my website. do not work plugin VC
   Particles Background…!!! Can I use this plugin? I am not getting any option dashboard.
   Please tell me the solution…

 * Thanks for using Tortuga.
 * Please contact the plugin developers of VC Particles Background for support. 
   I do not know the plugin and therefore I’m not able to tell you why it is not
   working. I’m sorry.
 * The plugin is made for the Visual Composer plugin and most likely only works 
   for page elements of the Visual Composer plugin.
