    Based in Germany, selling e.g. to Switzerland. Prices still show VAT, calculated wrongly. What should the settings be? I would normally assume that if no VAT rate is listed in the settings, no VAT is charged. But this in not the case.

    Any ideas?

    FYI, the EU rules in general:
    National = incl. VAT
    National->EU Enduser = incl. VAT
    National ->EU B2B with VAT-ID = excl. VAT
    National ->Non-EU = excl. VAT

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • So at:
    Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Tax
    do you have the “Calculate tax based on” dropdown set to Customer Shipping address.

    Then the last line in the standard rates table would be * * * * , which means: “everwhere else not listed higher in the table”, with a tax rate of 0%.

    OK, the last line has been missing. But now, prices on the category pages are incl. VAT on a pc and excl. on mobile, but are shown excl. tax on the product pages, until a country has been selected in the basket. preset location for customers has been set to shop basis.

    It should always display prices incl. VAT for the shop basis (Germany in this case), until another delivery address is selected.

    Geo localization is off.

    I see it here. I think you just need to clear Fastest Cache.
