Various post 4.6 issues

    1) I can’t access the dashboard. I have disabled plugins from File Manager but I get this “The page isn’t redirecting properly.”
    2) Images sometimes show and other times they don’t.
    3) WP Total Cache made the menu into text links. I disabled that and then I could navigate to other pages but now I can’t log in again.
    4) I’ve cleared cookies.
    5) I’ve hit Control F5 but that changed things once but not since.
