Various Individual (not bundled or variable) Products – One Cart Price

My business a lunch time food delivery company offers meal deals to customers. These consist of one salad/sandwich + drink + snack + fruit for £5. I can make a variable product and set the price to £5 and let users choose what they want from the drop down box. This doesn’t show pictures or product description.

Ideally I want the customer to be able to freely add any of the sandwiches/salad, then a drink, fruit and snack individually, enabling them to see the pictures and description. Then once all 4 variables have been added the final price will change in the cart to £5.

Any ideas how I can achieve that or if there is a plugin available that does this?
