    Hi Support,

    We are wondering why the this plugin doesnt add ‘variations ID’s’?
    Now we can’t start with dynamic adds, because only the parent product id is showed.

    Hi Jerry,

    There are a few things I need to mention here:

    1. On our WooCommerce tab there is a section called “Facebook ID setting”. This is where you have an option named “Treat variable products like simple products”. If your screenshot is from a variable product, it means that you turned that option ON. Please turn it OFF and save.

    2. If you have variable products, your feed must used a special field named item_group_id. Its value must be the ID of the main (parent) item of a variable product. All variations of a variable product must have this field. This is how matching is done for variable products.
