• I am using WordPress 3.9.1 and Woocommerce 2.1.11 on a fresh install of both using the 2012 theme. There are no other plug-ins active. There is a problem with the prices of different attribute variations not updating or adding to cart.

The problem that I am having is that the first group, when different options are selected, updates the price correctly. However, even though non-zero prices are set in all other variations, they do not update.

This was initially done with attribute variations being set as follows:

Attribute Group 1: Option X – Attribute group 2: Any – Attribute group 3: Any
Attribute Group 1: Any – Attribute group 2: Option X – Attribute group 3: Any
Attribute Group 1: Any – Attribute group 2: Any – Attribute group 3: Option X

Each attribute group contained 3 attributes for a total of 5 variations as the “x” represents a specific attribute. This did not work as the second and third options did not update.

Next I deleted all the variation and using the “link all variations” button to generate 18 or so variations. The price was changed to $1 for all variations, using bulk price change. The idea being that if I didnt have the price set correctly for some, this would fix it and when all options were selected, the total price would be $3. This did not work either as when all 3 options were picked from, only $1 was displayed.

I searched these forums and found a potential solution here (about half way down the page). However it references a code fix in a WP file that I can’t find as the file path does not match my WP install.

I am aware of the “product addons” plugin but I am looking for a much cheaper solution.

Any suggestions that anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you
