• Hello,

I am facing with a very strange problem with woocommerce. It is working well on my website but suddenly….

I set some variations for the product but they do not appear in selections menu. I try to set a variation as default and when visiting the product page, it say:
Sorry, no products matched your selection. Please choose a different combination.

Have you ever faced with this?
    Thanks,

  • I’m literally facing the exact same problem. I’m searching everywhere and can not find any answers. The cart was working fine, then today all of the products with product variations started saying “Sorry, no products matched your selection. Please choose a different combination.” This is one of my client’s sites so it’s really frustrating.

That seems really strange… you say it did work at one time, or are you putting new data?

Here are some things to double check:
Product Data > Inventory > Is the item in stock?
Product Data > Attributes > Is Visible on the product page checked for each and every attribute?
Product Data > Attributes > Is Used for variations checked for each and every attribute?
Product Data > Variations > Is Enabled checked for each and every variation?

How many attributes do you have?
How many variations do you have?

Sorry if this is basic stuff… just thought I’d try to help!

Thanks for responding asterbird. I found out the problem. I was using Hyper Cache and for some odd reason it doesn’t like Woocommerce. When I disabled it everything starting working like a charm, but now my site doesn’t have the speed I was getting with Hyper Cache activated. : (

    np 🙂

Plugin combos can be tricky. I’m using WooCommerce with W3 Total Cache, which helps a little bit.

I figured it out. Just fill the prices for your products, that’s all 🙂 Let me know if that works for you!

Thanks 5ngua, I did fill in the prices and I noticed it did start working, however I was using variation (build your own) products with no base price so that solution didn’t work for me. But it may work for someone else so thanks for posting it!

for a variable product you can use bulk edit to set the price to all variations. Just go to variations tab when editing the products.

hi i am having the same issue. my producst are shirts and each and every shirt no matter what size you pick.. it says product unavailable. but in woocommerce it shows the stock is there. why is not showing on the products on my wesbite? i have not added or changed pricing or anything. it just changed.. help 🙁
