Are you selecting attribute combinations that don’t exist? If a variation isn’t created for the attribute combination, then it is unavailable.
If you have more than 20 variations, then it will show all possible attributes regardless of if the combination is possible or not. You can read more about this here and how to increase the number: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/24-handling-for-20-variations/
All attributes have already selected their variations and still appears that message that there is not the product, and stocks are positive and the variation is rather possible. I do not know what could be wrong.
Are none of your variations selectable, or just certain variations? If only some of your product variations cannot be selected, it’s almost certainly what Caleb has mentioned. You need to make sure that all combinations of your variations have been generated, and that they have prices and stock.
Try adding SKU’s to each product variation, that solved the problem for me.
Thank you managed to solve ! My bug was due to lack of price in each of the variations , putting the price he normalized .
But on the other hand led me a second bug that is :
When a product is no price appears the word Free , as I will use a budget method that would not show anything in this field , what can I do to the word free vanish ?

Muito obrigada consegui resolver! O meu bug foi devido a falta de preço em cada uma das variações, colocando o preço ele normalizou.
Mas em compensação me gerou um segundo Bug que é :
Quando um produto esta sem preço aparece a palavra Gratis, como usarei um metodo orçamentario gostaria que não aparecesse nada nesse campo, o que posso fazer para a palavra gratis sumir?
