All products use the same variation, however only few are tied to the variations when opening Produvts-Variations-One specific variation. Since all your products use the same variation, you can copy and paste the values in attribute columns – e.g. Attribute 1 name, Attribute 1 value(s), Attribute 1 visible and Attribute 1 global.
