Hi,

I’ve inherited a website and I’m having a few problems that occur after updating variation prices:

If you go to this page: http://wwj2electricboogaloo.ntpr.co.uk/product/original-natural-beef-jerky/ Selecting a quantity from the dropdown accurately updates the quantity in the box.

However, on a page with an updated variation pricing, like this page: http://wwj2electricboogaloo.ntpr.co.uk/product/bundu-chilli-biltong/

The quantity, no mater what is selected from the dropdown, always defaults to “1”.

I’d really appreciate some help trying to figure this out.

Consider updating your theme to the latest 3.4. There are lots of fixes though I can’t say if one is relevant:

Updating the quantity in the box looks like a theme or plugin feature, not a core WooCommerce feature. Try temporarily deactivating plugins and switching to the default theme to try to identify the software element that is doing this.

Thank you for your help. The problem was indeed due to a plugin. The WooCommerce Min/Max Quantities plugin was out of date, and the previous developer had installed a plugin to prevent plugin updates — *sigh*
