    Thank you for sharing the screenshots. I’m unable to view the 2nd and 3rd screenshots as it seems access is restricted. Could you please adjust the privacy settings on the Google Drive links so I can view them and try to replicate the issue on my end?

    Also, could you confirm if you made any changes after which the issue started appearing?

    I understand you want the variation names to appear in the order confirmation emails again, and you already updated plugins and shared the status report. I can see you are on WooCommerce 10.1.2 with HPOS enabled, PHP 7.4, Astra Child, and several email or checkout related plugins. When variations disappear from emails, it is almost always an email template override or a plugin filtering the line item meta, rather than the product itself. Let us narrow it down and get those attributes back in the emails.

    Please try these focused checks.

    1. Open one affected order in WooCommerce, then confirm the variation attributes show under the line item in the Edit order screen. If they show there, the email template or a filter is hiding them. If they do not show there, the issue is at add to cart time.
    2. Temporarily switch to default WooCommerce email templates, then resend the email from the order actions box. Disable any email builders or customizers, for example MailPoet templates or previous YayMail templates, then test again.     3. Run a quick conflict test, keep only WooCommerce active, then place a test order for a variable product. If the email shows the variation names in this state, re-enable your other plugins one by one until the attributes disappear, this reveals the culprit.     Hi there!

    Thank you for sharing more details about the issue. I’ve checked the screenshot, and I can see that in the order edit screen the attributes (e.g., “people 1” and “dog 1”) are appearing correctly. This indicates that there might be a plugin or custom code on your site causing the issue with the email template.

    Just to verify, have you tried running a conflict test as my colleague suggested in the previous response? Please deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, activate the default Twenty Twenty-Five theme, and send a test email to see if the variable name still doesn’t appear.
