Variation images not showing on certain products

    Hello David,

    Our variation images are not appearing on certain products. It appears to be happening to our older products. I have tried deleting all attributes in the SVI Variations Gallery and reselecting them and assigning images to them all. But this did not fix it.

    Could you think of any reason why are more recent products are working fine our older ones have broke?

    I can confirm, after today’s update plugin is broken. It can display products added before update, but on the products, added after the update today selecting variations doesn’t display picture…

    Interestingly @serg499 I haven’t added any new products since the update. My latest products are actually working though they were added before the update. It’s my oldest products that are broken. They display the main product image thumbnail in the rest of the shop but once you are on the specific product page no image shows at all.

    Looks like today’s plugin update fixed that! Thanks to the plugin author for a quick fix!

    I am facing same issue i.e. older products are working fine but newer products has this problem. The problem happened from version 5.0.7 and I have updated it to 5.0.9 today but still the problem remains.

    Seems this was a busy night. I seem to be getting different responses here.

    @flackcannon you seem to have a minification error on your site that is probably breaking. Try to re-do your minification and clearing your cache.

    @serg499 everything normal for you?

    Hello @drosendo,

    After disabling, “Combine javascript files” in WP Rocket and clearing the cache it appears to be working fine now on the latest SVI update. So thanks for your help in pointing me to the minification settings.

    No, unfortunately no. After update plugin became barely usable. I have to create, add photos and then delete variations multiple times before it starts working normally. No minification/cache plugins are used. Old products seems to work fine, but adding a new product is really a headache now…
    P.S. Using ver. 5.0.10 now

    Hello,

    There must have been some type of change that causes the values to get mixed.

    Delete all images in the product and Save. Rebuild the SVI galleries. It should work.

    Please confirm.

    Then you better check or max input vars of your hosting and increase it.
